DEBORAH LOUISE ORTIZ:

Deborah started her career as a dancer, performing with The New York Guys and Dolls. She studied acting for years and has performed in many wonderful theatrical productions such as Shophell, The Ortiz Sisters of Mott Haven, The Midnight Zone and the Gangster Diaries just to name a few. While Deborah has extensive television, film and theater credits as a performer, it is in writing and producing that she has found her true passion. Deborah's play Dirty Laundry (which she also starred in) received great reviews and she also had much success with her next play, Love In New York - How Do You Know?, which was co-written and produced with Carlos Serrano. Deborah is currently working on her first musical and screenplay which will be produced by DANGEROUS CURVES PRODUCTIONS as a joint venture along with LISA EDWARDS.
